Sometimes, the funniest moments in life happen in the most ordinary places. Today’s joke takes us to a bus stop, where one woman, a little wardrobe trouble, and one bold Texan created a story worth retelling.

A woman was waiting to board a bus when she realized her skirt was too tight to lift her leg high enough to reach the first step. Feeling a little embarrassed, she gave the bus driver a polite smile and decided to unzip her skirt just a little from behind to make it easier.
But it didn’t work.
Still determined, she unzipped it a bit more. No luck.
With growing frustration, she gave it a third try, unzipping her skirt even further to free herself up. Yet, the bus step remained just out of reach.
That’s when a tall Texan, standing behind her, decided to help. Without saying a word, he gently grabbed her by the waist and lifted her right onto the bus step.
The woman gasped, spun around in shock, and shouted:
“How dare you touch me! I don’t even know who you are!”
The Texan tipped his hat, gave a little grin, and replied in his slow drawl:
“Well, ma’am, normally I’d agree with you. But after you unzipped my fly three times, I figured we must be friends.”
