Three women were sitting in a warm, steamy sauna.
Two were young and stylish, and the third was a sweet, older woman.
All of them were only covered in towels, enjoying the heat and peace.
But suddenly…
BEEP! BEEP!
A loud beeping sound filled the room.
One young woman pressed her forearm, and the beeping stopped.
The other two looked at her, surprised.
She smiled proudly and said,
> “That was my pager. I’ve got a microchip under my skin!”
Everyone went, “Wow!”
Then—RING! RING!
The second young woman lifted her palm to her ear, as if answering a call.
She spoke for a few seconds, then smiled and said,
> “That was my mobile phone. I have a chip inside my hand!”
Again, everyone was impressed. Technology is wild!
The Older Woman Has a Plan
Now, the older woman was feeling a little old-fashioned.
She didn’t have any fancy chips, or beeping gadgets under her skin.
But she wasn’t ready to feel left behind.
So…
She quietly stepped out of the sauna and went to the bathroom.
When she returned, everyone stared.
There was a piece of toilet paper hanging from her backside! 😳
The young women looked shocked.
But the older lady turned, saw the tissue, smiled, and proudly said:
> “Well, would you look at that… I’m getting a FAX!”
Old School Wins!
