Without wasting you precious time
let’s get to the story
Marriage can be sweet… until the toast burns and the eggs are too salty! That’s exactly what happened to our not-so-perfect couple on one ordinary morning.
It all started at the breakfast table. The husband and wife were having one of those silly morning arguments—you know, the ones where nobody remembers why they even started fighting in the first place. Maybe the tea was too cold, or the Wi-Fi was slow. Who knows?
Suddenly, the husband—clearly not having his best day—slammed his spoon on the table, stood up in a rage, and said the unthinkable:
“And you are no good in bed either!”
Ouch!
With that fiery line, he grabbed his car keys and stormed out of the house like he was in an action movie. The door slammed, and silence filled the room.
Regret Kicks In (As It Always Does!)
After about 15 minutes of cooling down (and probably driving in circles), the husband started feeling guilty. His heart sank.
“Why did I say that? That was low… way too low,” he thought.
He remembered all the sweet moments, the laughs, the cuddles… and well, let’s just say she wasn’t that bad in bed either!
So he did what every man with a conscience does—he decided to fix it.
The “Smooth” Apology
He walked into a flower shop and picked the prettiest bouquet he could find. Then, he bought her favorite chocolate—because flowers alone never do the trick.
He reached home, slowly opened the door, peeked into the living room, and there she was—sitting on the couch, scrolling her phone and pretending not to care.
He walked up to her and said softly:
“I’m really sorry. I didn’t mean what I said. You’re amazing in bed… in fact, you’re the best.”
She looked up, smiled slightly, and said:
“Who told you that?”
BOOM. Tables turned.
Moral of the Story?
Never fight before finishing breakfast. And if you do, make sure you don’t insult the chef—or the bed partner!
Marriage is about love, forgiveness, and a little bit of savage humor. Sometimes, even a fight can bring more laughs than tears—if you handle it right.
So next time your spouse says something crazy… take a deep breath, maybe throw a joke back, and remember: you’re in this for the long ride—with all its ups, downs, and hilarious detours.
